IT Inventory

Sol IT’s IT Inventory tracks duty-free imports and exports for bonded zones and warehouses in Indonesia, as customs requires. It is not an IT-asset tool.

What it covers

  • Raw material to finished goods

Follow each stage of production from raw material to finished product.

  • Stock movements

Record receipts, internal transfers and delivery orders across warehouses and locations.

  • Machine and equipment movements

Track movements of machines and office equipment to plan preventive maintenance.

  • Equipment usage

Monitor equipment use to identify units that are inefficient or need replacement.

  • Scrap management

Record production scrap to identify where waste originates.

  • Barcode labels and stock ageing

Print barcode product labels and run stock ageing reports by warehouse, location and category.

How the work runs

  1. Confirm your bonded status

We review whether you operate as KB or GB and which reports your operation needs.

  2. Set up items and locations

Materials, finished goods, equipment, warehouses and locations are registered.

  3. Record movements

Receipts, transfers, production, scrap and deliveries are recorded in daily operation.

  4. Report and review

Mutation and ageing reports support your internal checks and customs reporting.

Scope of work

The specific customs reports and submission methods required for your facility are confirmed during consultation; Sol IT does not represent you before customs through this module.
