Illustrative scenario with fictional data · not a live query
Keep asking. Do not wait for another report.
From a question to a comparison, from a follow-up to a draft report. Explore your business data and prepare the next step.
-
Example question
Compare last month’s sales by store.
Example answer
Net sales by store · million IDR Store July August Store A 120 108 Store B 90 99 Store C 150 147 Period: July–August 2026 / As of: 2026-09-01 / Source: fictional POS sales and returns / Basis: net sales after returns
-
Example question
Break down the store with the largest sales decline by product category.
Example answer
Beverages account for 10 of Store A’s decline of 12.
Store A fell from 120 to 108. The decline by category is 10 for beverages, 2 for food and 0 for household goods. Stockout records and promotions are possible next checks.
Contribution to a decline does not establish its cause. A real implementation needs agreed data definitions and access permissions, and must flag where further evidence is needed.
View the draft weekly report
Draft for review · fictional data
Total net sales were 354 in August, down 6 from 360 in July (million IDR). Store A fell by 12, B grew by 9 and C fell by 3. The priority for review is beverage sales at Store A. Do not infer a cause before checking stockout and promotion records.
What could AI help your team do?
Examples we can explore and build together, not off-the-shelf products or claims of completed projects. Scope depends on your data, permissions and integration options.
-
Ask inside your ERP
- What you could ask
- Compare September revenue by branch with August.
- What it can deliver
- The AI assistant built into Sol IT ERP answers from accounting and POS data. Every figure in the answer is checked against the query results and marked as verified or not, with a link to the existing screen whenever one shows the same number. Ask in English, Indonesian or Korean, and use the same assistant from Telegram.

AI transformation experience. Hands-on delivery.
We bring experience leading AI strategy and transformation and directly building and operating internal AI platforms and agents. We experiment with and validate emerging technology, working from use-case selection through data integration, implementation and adoption.
- Priorities
- Choose the first problem based on its value and feasibility.
- Data and permissions
- Define the information, access boundaries and system connections needed.
- People and AI
- Separate automated tasks from work that needs review and approval.
- Validation at work
- Assess accuracy, handling time, correction effort and running costs.
Define the problem. Build it. Validate it at work.
We do not stop at a report or demo. We narrow the problem, build a working solution and validate it with your team. AI is a means to solve the problem, not a requirement.
-
Define the problem
Examine the desired outcome, current work and data to find the cause. Agree which problem to solve first and how to judge success.
- What each stage delivers
- Problem definition and validation criteria
-
Build the solution
Implement a working tool in a focused scope. Choose between conventional automation and AI, and design data access, human review, approvals and integration together.
- What each stage delivers
- A working implementation to try
-
Validate in real work
Use agreed data and real workflows. Compare quality, correction effort and running costs, fix gaps, and decide whether to extend, revise or stop.
- What each stage delivers
- Workflow validation and improvements
-
Make it part of team practice
Incorporate user feedback and define ownership, usage standards and handoffs. Train people with the actual tool so the team can carry the work forward.
- What each stage delivers
- Workflow adoption, training and handover materials
lapal works from problem definition through AI and workflow tool design, implementation, validation and training. We collaborate with Sol IT on ERP, finance and existing-system integration. Ongoing operations and support are agreed per project.
Further possibilities for your workflow
These are not standard included features. We assess the data and environment separately, then validate feasibility and quality in a focused scope.
Demand forecasting and planning
Explore forecasting models and scenarios using sales, stock and lead-time history. This requires sufficient history and backtesting, not numbers guessed by an LLM.
Image and voice workflows
Explore visual inspection support, voice queries and service, or structured call records. Camera conditions, language, noise and privacy requirements need separate validation.
Market and supplier research
Compare public sources and permitted internal information with citations. Check freshness and reliability; people retain responsibility for commercial decisions.
Questions before you start.
Is this right for our company?
Can we talk before choosing an AI use case?
Yes. Start with the outcome you want and where work gets stuck. We also consider changing the process or using conventional automation without AI when that is the better fit.
Which tasks should we consider for AI or automation first?
Start by considering frequent tasks where the required information is available and results can be checked. Gathering information, comparing documents, regular reporting and handling routine enquiries can be candidates. We weigh error correction and running costs alongside time spent to agree priorities.
How is a company AI agent different from employees using ChatGPT?
Personal AI use helps with writing and organising information. An AI agent connected to company work can use permitted data and system functions to query, analyse and perform tasks. Data connections, user permissions, result validation and operational responsibility must also be designed. We do not add AI to every task when existing tools are sufficient.
How does it connect to existing work?
Do we need to replace our ERP, POS or existing tools?
Replacement is not the starting assumption. We first examine data, access permissions and connection options such as APIs, databases and files. We assess whether current tools are sufficient or need improvement. lapal builds AI and workflow tools, collaborating with Sol IT where ERP, finance or existing-system integration is involved.
Can we start if information is scattered across Excel, PDFs and email?
We can assess that situation too. First identify where the required information is, how consistent its format and content are, and who can access it. Rather than organising everything upfront, we consider connecting the information needed for one task. Missing or conflicting information still requires collection, preparation and validation.
Can an AI conversation perform work as well as provide answers?
Yes. AI agents can be built to use connected system functions to perform tasks, not just generate replies. Our system also supports agent-driven function control and task execution. For a customer implementation, we check which functions can be connected, user permissions and which actions need review or approval. Actions that change records or send messages are designed with approval and recording in mind.
Can we talk to an AI agent and request work through channels such as Telegram?
Our system supports conversations and task requests through supported work channels, including Telegram. We agree channels and tasks around your environment and check what information may pass through external channels and what actions are permitted. Connecting other messaging tools your team uses requires a separate review of support and integration options.
How are results and company data managed?
How can we verify the numbers and task results returned by AI?
Agree validation criteria for queries, analysis and execution for each task. For data queries, agree business definitions and calculation rules, make sources and calculation bases checkable, and compare results with existing reports or verifiable records. For task execution, separately define pre-execution checks and how completion is verified. Design the tool to request clarification when evidence is insufficient or a question is ambiguous.
Is it safe to use company information with AI?
We do not assume all information should go to an external AI service. We first examine the tools’ data-processing terms, sensitive information, and access and transfer boundaries to select the necessary data. User access and information shown in external channels are defined separately. Storage location, processing and retention terms are checked against the project environment. Designated people remain responsible for important decisions and approvals.
How do we start and help the team use it?
Will adopting AI change how employees work significantly?
It depends on the task, but existing tools and familiar channels can be a starting point. We distinguish decisions people retain from tasks AI handles, and agree result checks and exception handling. Rather than assuming headcount reduction, we validate whether repetitive work and the burden of checking actually decrease.
Can we start with consulting or training only?
Yes. We can work through problem definition, implementation and validation, or agree a scope focused on consulting or training. Training goes beyond a general AI introduction and centres on real work tasks, tools and result review. When a tool is built, we also agree training and handover so the responsible team can continue using it.
How are cost, timing and our preparation determined?
They depend on the task, data readiness, connections and execution scope, and validation and training needs. We agree the first implementation scope and success criteria, then identify your responsible people, required information and permissions. Build costs are distinguished from AI, server and other running costs. Maintenance and ongoing support are also agreed. A brief description of the task and current systems is enough for a first conversation.
